Why do voices differ between devices?

Can this tool download the spoken voice as MP3?

Not directly through the browser Speech Synthesis API, because it does not provide raw audio output. The included MP3 function is clearly marked as a demonstration sample.

What should I do if speech stops unexpectedly?
